They certainly don’t make it easy to get in touch with them, deliberately hiding any phone numbers or email addresses.

They charged me for it, the money is gone but the wine is not. This is the first time I have ever ordered from this company, they send me information on new wines to purchase almost everyday. I cannot see ordering any more without the first order slowing up at my door. Just don’t order any wine durring the winter, I ordered wine from them back on Feb 3, 2009 and here it is march 10th and still no wine.
