These chops were awesome! After having a few rounds of expensive cocktails Mike and I decided to save a little $$ on this dinner, but it turned out just as well as if you ordered lamb at a restaurant. I think we spent a total of under $20 at Fairway on this dinner for three and it rocked! I think this dish would be a great trick for a larger dinner party if you don't want to break the bank.

By the way, I have lived on the upper west side of Manhattan for thirty years, but I never knew about the organic section of the 74th Street Fairway upstairs. It's pretty sweet.

Great blog Mike. And great dinner!
